How can I troubleshoot "Server Pool Warning"?

NEWBY:  In the Servers and VMs tab the Server Pool that I have defined has a yellow triangle with exclamation point icon on it.  Hovering over this show the message "Server Pool Warning".  Unfortunately I can't find any details regarding this warning.  Is there a log file somewhere that would provide some details or any steps that will help clarify the issue?

Possibly related, there are 2 AutoDiscoverTask: Discover Server (Refresh Type ALL and Refresh Type SERVER_POOL) that are running constantly.  The SERVER_POOL job completes successfully while the ALL job Fails every time. The object name looks like a VM ID but there are no VM's currently on the target (wtlsovm01).
