Attachment Drag and Drop not working

Hi I have tried to drag and drop file in account attachments applet but it just opens the entire file in the browser and it is not uploading the attachment under account.

I have tried the options mentioned in support web (Doc ID 1918026.1) but still it is not fixing the default browser behavior of opening the dropped file. It would be great if someone share information about fixing this issue.
