Receiving against incorrect PO.

We’ve been having trouble with people receiving against PO’s that don’t belong to their department.  It looks like there is no security available other than an ‘on/off’ for receiving.

Ideally, we would like to limit users to be able to receive only against PO’s that have requestors that are associated with their user preferences.

Has anyone had this problem and able to correct it?
