Service Tax for Malaysia GST

Hi Experts,

Actually i am implementing the new Malaysia GST. One of the requirement is the Reverse Charged mechanism on the time of payment or settlement.

At first, i thought that we can use the offset tax functionality to achieve the goal.

The requirement is to be applied at the time of payment, hence the inquiry could i apply an offset tax at the time of payment?

If not, is there any ebTax functionality that can cater the reverse charge mechanism for a service tax?
