Restrict WO generation while on hand quantity is nil for the Component Items ?

Hi,

We want to restrict R31410 while generating Work Orders while on hand quantity is nil for the component items.

Even a single item in a BOM having NULL stock, then R31410 should not generate and attach part list.

How to accomplish the above requirement ? Kindly consider this as most urgent please.

Otherwise to any work around can be suggested to accomplish the above requirement.
