Mobile Enterprise AIS Installation

Hello,

We are going to install Mobile Enterprise AIS and follow the oracle document E51517-06

Here I am not able to Understand how to make AIS server. I download the AIS from the edelivery.oracle.com.


Any one can help me out to understand how I install AIS server.

If any body have installation steps for the same please share.

Kindly suggest me.
