Record marked for deletion in OPM Financials (R) - Expense to Allocate (F)

Hi,

We mistakenly defined an account code range in OPM Financial (R) -> Expense to Allocate (R) and now trying to delete this record but we only have the option is 'mark for deletion' (from tools).

My question is, is this record is still active (if we executed cost allocation process) ?

Next, can we delete this record (because we never want to use this in future with same allocation code) ?
