Reservations of B2b not honored in the plan

Is there a way to make the plan recognise the reservations between B2b demand and supply?

In our business regular Items with ATP enabled sometimes get sales orders asking for a specific batch or lot. Our process is to make thos orders back to back.

But those orders are mixed with regular orders in the ATP plan and competing for Inventory. the reservation to IR is not recognised by the plan. This is causing incorrect dates on other orders.

In addition to that we use the ATP plan to re-schedule our salesorders and since this forced order looks the same as the rest there is a high risk of that order being re-scheduled.
