Customer report that some interactive applications are responding very slowly when user click find.

Infra team has reported no warnings from any of the applications server about CPU or memory over

utilization. DBA report that database server are 50% CPU loaded and some IO wait can be experienced

but response is generally acceptable for several other applications.

Describe how and where you would investigate such performance issues including which components of

the entire application stack/infrastructure to include in the troubleshooting and which

competencies/resources.
