How can I turn off the need for approvals in Absence Management entered through employee self-servic
Hello,
In preparation of the new State of California legislation, we are in the process of configuring Absence Management for sick time and to display the entitlement balances in employee self-service. Because it is sick time and the employee will have already taken the time and we do not want to require manager approval. What is the setting to turn off or auto-approve these entries when entered through R12.1 employee self-service?
