How to first quotation for Service Agreement in service contract.

Hi every one,

in my scenario, first to create a quotation for Negotiation with customer for service agreement.Once the quotation has been accepted by customer and received the P.O from customer then create service agreement in oracle service contract Module in r12. kindly explain with a suitable example.
