Prospective Supplier Registrations(4) Link not Launching Review and Approve Page

Aloha there

I need help on diagnosing the issue I am having with Prospective Supplier Registration approval.

Issue:

Once supplier has submitted their online registration to be prospective supplier (on the External Link... Internally tested though) the Supplier Administrator with the correct Responsibility clicks on the Prospective Supplier Registrations(4) link, the following page doesn't launch.

I am on R12.1.3 Application and alll relevant modules supporting this finction are installed.
