Automate Transact Move Order and Ship Confirm process

We have a 3rd party warehouse that physically stores and ships our material.  We are looking for a way to automate the Transact Move Order and Ship Confirm processes based on an inbound feed from the 3rd Party.  I'm trying to figure out if this is possible by populating certain tables and running certain jobs.

Any help is appreciated.
