Production Variances

Hi,

In month end reporting business needs to provide justification on the variance to be posted.

They do not have the  full understanding to be able to do good analysis. They need a report where they can see these things on a top level but also where they should be able to dig in to details (on an item level).

Currently they run only R31818 report and look at the variance before posting. But they do not understand what is the source of such a big variances and every month it is the same story.
