Reverse AutoAllocation

One of our users ran an AutoAllocation twice by mistake. We need to back one out and I can't find anything in the documentation that addresses the issue. Could someone recommend an approach?

The steps were:

-The user logged into GL -> Journals -> AutoAllocation Workbench

-She found the relevant allocation and clicked Submit -- the process completed successfully

-Believing the process had failed, she submitted the same allocation a second time, which also completed successfully

What's the best way to reverse the second allocation run?
