Mapping F079504 - Map Geo Code to ADP four digit code

We are setting up ADP interface table F078504 mapping geo code to ADP four digit code.  We need to set up tax type K however we found that following geo code 390033040 has two PSD code 730105 and 700102 respectively.  Geo code 390034170 has PSD 720405 and 651405 respectively and geo code 390170146 has 461109 and 091104. How should this be set up in this table for tax type K since there is only a segregation by school district and not by PSD.
