R12.2.4 : adop phase=prepare

Hi,

I am trying to execute adop phase=prepare , but is failing with following error

Creating t2pjdk directory
Creating prereq/webtier directory
Attempting to delete: /u01/applmgr/fs2/EBSapps/comn/adopclone_fin-stage-app-1//prereq
Copying /u01/applmgr/fs2/FMW_Home/webtier/oui to /u01/applmgr/fs2/EBSapps/comn/adopclone_fin-stage-app-1//prereq/webtier
Copying /u01/applmgr/fs2/FMW_Home/webtier/inventory/Scripts to /u01/applmgr/fs2/EBSapps/comn/adopclone_fin-stage-app-1//prereq/webtier
