Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello

The Customer has a reward program so everytime you buy some ítems you earn 5 % in points, hence I need to book an accrual in Order to Cash Process.

I would like to know more about QP and redeeming Accruals
