Difference in Siebel CRM IP 2014 and 2015

Hi,

Siebel CRM Innovation Pack 2015 has recently been released and we want to know how is it different from Siebel CRM 2014 and is it advisable to upgrade to IP 2015 and the challenges involved in doing so.We are having Siebel 8.1.1.14 Open UI in the project.
