HFM +EPMA Application delete

Hi Team,

EPM 11.1.2.3.501 HFM.

We deleted one of the EPMA based HFM application from library.It took a while for the application to get deleted. In the Job console application deletion shows 100% complete. But when we login to application library, it keeps giving a popup that app could not be found,perhaps another user deleted the application. This popup does not go away and we are unable to use application library with "admin" user.

I checked the EPMA tables and could not find any reference to this application name. Also "orphand application" listed does not have any application listed. Now other than the EPMA tables where does it look for the app name? I checked in registry report as well and could not find any reference for this application.
