Recurring Journal-GL

Hi,

I have created 3 batches of the journal

1-skeletal- where i entered the amounts from journal enter form (after generating journal)

2-stndard journal-where account and amounts are standard

3-formula-formula bacth i.e for bad debts privisions

current period is may-15

question-

1-As it is recurring journal batch-when next period JUN-15 is open (currently-future enterable), deos system create all the above three journals automaticaly (unposted)?

1.1-if Not-Do end users need to create/run the batch again (via generate-recurring form or generate option from define-recuring journal fom) ?

2-Can this be automised ? (running of batch automatically every month) i yes, then pls provide steps
