Is there any seeded process/logic/program to 'Cancel' PM generated work orders?

Is there any seeded process/logic to cancel PM generated work orders?

Currently I am facing an issue in PM work orders. There are some work orders in 'Cancel' status and last updated by 'sysadmin'.

And also have some duplicate work orders created from same PM with same schedule start date.

Need some functional Idea.

Please help.
