Sysdate functions in Export Matches of Siebel EIM

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement to export records from S_SRV_REQ table using EIM Export with a condition of current date - Closed date > 3 yrs.I am using export matches functionality to apply filter on them.But i tried using sysdate functions in export matches, EIM job was failing.Is there any way that we can use sysdate in export matches? can you please help me out in this regard.
