EBS R11.5.10.2 Explorer 11 - Openning output file really slow

Hi,

   Compagny is tried to upgrade PC with Explorer 11.

   On a Explorer 11 PC, we get a really slow performance opening reports file (output)  from the concurrent screen.

   If we open then same file with Explorer 8, Explorer 9, Explorer 10, its work fine.

   I need help to diagnostic this problem, Maybe a Explorer 11 setup .
