How to send a notification from "To Do List" of Suppliers Page

Hello SMEs,

Is it possible to send back a email notification from the  "To DO List" of the supplier page ?
We want an email notification to be send to iSupplier user stating the action taken against their change requests which appear in the "To DO List" of the supplier page.

Is there any workflow involved?
