Concurrent program fails to generate debug log file when debugging enabled using debuggin options on

Application R12.1.3

When i submit concurrent request using SRS debugging options concurrent report completes succusfully but it fails to create debugging log file. The concurrent request log file has this error "

REP-0719: Cannot write to trace file '$APPLTMP/dbg1004.log'"
