Vacation Accrual 40 hours after six months employment.

How can I setup a vacation accrual for a weekly employee to receive 40 hours of vacation after six months of employment.  After six months of employment he would then accrue the remaining 5 days.  I am testing and have an employee with a start date of 11/25/2014 and pay period end date of 05/24/2015.  It is not accruing 5 days of vacation.
