unapplied receipts not included at Dunning Letter Generate Program

Hi,

I am using Oracle 11i and trying to execute the concurrent program 'Dunning Letter Generate' program. Although I have checked the check box to 'include unapplied receipts' for my dunning letter sets setup, the program is not including any of them.

Is there any other setup that I might be missing?

Any help is appreciated.
