How to populate only RCV_SHIPMENT_HEADERS and RCV_SHIPMENT_LINES tables for RMA

Hi,

We need to populate RCV_SHIPMENT_HEADERS and RCV_SHIPMENT_LINES tables in case of RMA through RCV interface. However, it should not create record in RCV_TRANSACTIONS table. Please help.
