Settlement Method of Debit Memo not appearing in LOV - Oracle Channel Revenue Management

We have a requirement to settle OPM claims by Debit Memo.  Defined the Settlment Method as documented by Oracle.  Does not appear in LOV on Settlement page.  Any assistance is very much appreciated.

To Add Custom Settlement
Method for claims follow the below steps

1. Responsibility:
        Oracle Trade Management Administrator (note this is a forms
        responsibility)\Navigation:
        Setup > Lookup
   • Query for "OZF_PAYMENT_METHOD"

1. Add a new settlement method "Vendor_Debit"
2. Responsibility:
        Oracle Trade ManagementUser

1. Navigation:
        Administration > Trade Management > Claim > Claim Source Setup

Click on the Settlement Methods Icon of Promotional
      Claims

1. It navigates to Available Settlement Method Page

• Click on Add Another Row to Add the new Settlement
