Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Receiving 'INITIATED' or PROCESSING error message when attempting to Preview or Post Event

periodically when an end user attempts to preview or post an event the process monitor will return no success and shows and error message of

Process Request shows status of 'INITIATED or PROCESSING' but no longer running.

We are currently running PS 9.1 and PS Tools 8.53.06.

Has anyone else encountered this problem for PS events?
