Hi

I have the next issue in the EBS Order Management:

I create a sales order, in one line the quantity required is 100, the quantity shipped is 86, with this situation the Status is Closed and I think it shouldn't be beacuse the quantities are not completed.

Can someone suggest some solution in order to avoid the situation of the closed sales order befor it be completely full?
