Can ACME Packet 3820 insert Comfort Noise from Lync?

Hi,

Can the ACME Packet 3820 SBC (ACME Net-Net 3820 Firmware SCX6.3.0 MR-2 Patch 5 (Build 429)) insert comfort noise (CN) into the RTP stream from Lync 2013 to other SIP trunks?
I have an issue where Lync stops sending RTP during silence, and the SIP trunk on the other leg of the call provides warnings due to RTP being intermittently stopped.
