streams 11gr2 multiple errors ora-26787

We have a 3 node cluster that streams messages from node1 to node2 and node2 to node1. A message update could come from another node than what it originally came from. We had a power outage which stopped streaming between both nodes so when they were back on line the original lcrs could not be recognized anymore between nodes. I have thousands of ora -26787 rows does not exist errors. I can't seem to find the best way to handle this situation? I can't go back and fix the errors but could let the updated lcrs which can't recognize the
