hi, my user was wondering why sometimes they received this kind of notification ?

In the past, they just get notified that they would receive UBE job notification..what is above email notification about ? Can bypass it ? Is it a interactive program P0411 failing to run its task ? Payment voucher ?  how to get more info from it ?
