Compensation Plan : How to display the Current and Proposed Compa Ratio columns in DECIMAL? (Standa

As per the question title ...

When defining the Compensation Plan in the worksheet itself you can personalize in two columns:  Current Compa Ratio and Proposed Compa Ratio (see attached screen shots).

These two columns display the ratio as a Percentage.  I want to display as a Decimal.

Anyone know how to do it ?

Appreciate any insight here !
