Data on REQ_LN_DISTRIB doesn't match information on the default, REQ_L_DFLT_DIST?

I keep getting users with issues where a ChartField error is encountered and they look at the accounting icon on the Requisition Page but in fact if they drill down from the schedule to the requisition line distribution, then they would see the issue.  Is there a fix for this ?  How are other people handling?  Create a query for them?  Doesn't happen often but does at times.

We are on 9.1 bundle 27
