Email/Internet Addresses

We are on E1 9.0.   When enquiring on the email/internet addresses from the Who's Who row exit, why does the first record (which is line id blank) show all email/internet addresses, regardless of the line id?  If I enquire on any other line id (eg 1, 2 etc) I only get the email/internet set up specifically for that line id in the Who's Who.
