Repair Actuals screen disappears

In OEBS 12.1.3, Depot Repair module, as soon as I open the "Repair Actuals" tab, I can see the data for half a second and then all the datas disappear.

I have a workaround :

Choose "Estimate" as source + click on ADD, then the estimate import fails or not (depending if there are some lines to be imported), and then I can finally see the entire screen, as in the below screenshot.

Could you please help me find a solution ?
