Sharing assets with multiple sites and users

Hi,

I'm experiencing a "problem" in WebCenterSites (11.1.1.8.0). In the company I work we use WebCenter with many sites. Each site could have its own users and the users don't have access to all sites.

The problem: We have 2 users and 3 sites. User1, user2 ,siteA, siteB and siteC. After an asset is created in siteA, user1 can share the asset with siteB. No problem. But when user2, who doesn't have access to siteB, wants to share the same asset from siteA to siteC, siteB is deleted from the shared list.

Does anybody experience the same thing? Can it be changed so WebCenter remembers the shared sites when somebody shares an assets?
