Task Based UI - Pause Task

Dear All,

To give a background , we are using Siebel task based U.I for order management transaction version 8.1.1.11 IP 2013

On Pausing a Siebel task in creates a record in Inbox Item.

There are certain Use Cases we don't want to create  records in Inbox Item

Question : Does there any Solution available to stop creating this records in Inbox Items?
