Getting Error The method 'Merge Siebel Message' is not supported on Business Service 'SIS OM PMT Ser

Hi All,

I was trying to do upgrade promotion from Asset on Promotion. After selecting target promotion in pick applet i am getting below error. I have compliled the SIS OM PMT Service also. But no luck. Please suggest.

I am using siebel. 8.1.1.11 [2030] sample DB .
