Coping Service Request in Field Service

Hi,

we have an option to copy service request in Field Service with all relevant information. But while copying we are unable to obtain tasks in new copied service request in spite of selecting 'Generate  task automatically' option available under Include tab as shown in attached screen shot.

Please advice the functionality of this option or does it need any setup for activating this?
