Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

12.2.4 upgrade

Applying patch 17919161 to upgrade to 12.2.4 using path A ( Doc ID 1617458.1 ).

The upgrade to 12.2.4 was successful, implicit finalize succeeded as well.

The implicit cutover process is running for almost 8 hours now and has not finished yet.

My question is that normal after upgrade, i don't think so. please let me know if you know the reason of it.
