CRM On Demand Desktop Lite Installation Error

Installing CRM OD Desktop Lite on mulitple pods.  The first couple of pod installation went well.  When connecting to another pod, received the attached error message when trying to complete the Outlook configurations: "No CRM Desktop Lite package has been installed.  Please contact Oracle CRM On Demand Technical Support. (SBL-ODS-51216).  Verified that the user role has the privileges for web services and access to CRM Desktop lite enabled.  Is there another setting in general for the pod that enables Desktop Lite?
