Interest Calculation on Settle invoice with Credit Memo

Dear All,

We want to calculate on Late settle invoice with Credit Memo. How can i achieve in System ?

For Example:

Invocie Date 01-Jan-2015

Due Date : 31-Jan-2015

Settled on : 15-Feb-2015 ( We applied Credit Memo) I am applying credit memo because Amount received in another OU

Now I am running late charges program on 28-Feb-2015 but system does not calculate for this invoice.
