FA Setup migration

Hello. I have completed setups for a new FA implementation in test instance and would like to copy the entire setup to Production through iSetups. Is there any setup that once done cannot be changed in Production, if it is required? Also, any best practices that can be shared for FA setup migration would be appreciated. Thanks.
