what is the difference between Attributes and Global Attributes in a Oracle applications Database ta

Hello,

I am going through the table AP_SUPPLIER_SITES_ALL

There are 15 Attribute columns and 20 global attribute columns

what is the difference between these two and what is the purpose of them ?
