When using rman restore, is it possible to make an encrypted db?

Moving a 24 tb database from one linux machine to another.  I have been asked to see if rman restore could make an encrypted database.  That is, the rman backup of the source database and the source database are not encrypted.  The desire is to encrypt the database as is it restored on the target database.

Is this possible?
