Adding/Modifying users causes Siebel to hang
Some of the time, just after adding/modifying users, Siebel will hang.
For a few minutes, existing users will be able to continue working.
New users get a blank screen when they log in.
If I restart the SR Broker, Siebel will start working again.
I logged an SR and Oracle Support is trying to determine if this is a new defect or not.
There is already a similar bug Bug 14738396 : SRBROKER HANG IN RESPONSE THREAD. It has been closed.
We are using Siebel 8.1.1.11
Has anyone else seen this problem?
Do you have any resolution?
